At KUKU, every ceramic piece is handcrafted and carefully inspected before shipping.
If your item arrives damaged during transit or does not match your order, you are eligible for a full or partial refund.
To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and provide:

Clear photos of the damaged item

Your order number
Once verified, we will process your refund promptly.
Please note: refunds are only issued for items damaged in transit or for fulfillment errors.
Return Policy
Because all KUKU teaware is handmade, custom-crafted, and one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

You changed your mind

You don’t like the style or color

The size or shape does not meet personal preference
We only offer a replacement if:

The wrong design or item was sent

The product arrives significantly damaged and cannot be used
If a replacement is required, we will remake and resend the item at no additional cost.
Payment Policy
KUKU currently accepts PayPal as a secure payment method for all orders.
Since each piece is crafted individually, full payment is required at the time of purchase to begin the handmade production process.

Colors, glaze textures, and shapes may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of each piece — these variations are part of the charm and uniqueness of artisan ceramics, not defects.
